Two Colour Injection Moulding Machine at Egyptian Customer's Site

Our two colour injection moulding machine is a kind of footwear making machine that adopts materials like crystal PVC and TPR to produce one- or two-colour shoe sole, sole sheet, and other plastic shoe products. This shoe injection moulding machine allows for placing up to 24 shoe moulds (12 pairs of shoes), this helps extend the cooling time of moulds after injection moulding, therefore resulting in a higher output of finished products while ensuring the quality of shoes.

This video shows the process of producing shoe soles, which was taken at the production site of our foreign Egyptian customers. The employees are producing shoe soles in an orderly manner, and another person is responsible for the cleaning and recycling of the materials. The machine is safe and reliable, easy to operate, and has low labour intensity. The products manufactured with our machinery have high-quality, non-slippery, and wear-resistant characteristics.
