Footwear Injection Moulding Machine at Colombian Customer's Site

Shoe sole making machine is a kind of injection moulding machine with double moulds. With the use of plastic materials like PUR, crystal PVC, and TPR, this type of injection moulding machine is mainly suitable for producing single colour shoe sole, slippers, and other plastic shoe products. In one mould, one pair of the shoe sole can be produced, and for production, 12 moulds can be placed on the shoe sole machinery at the same time.

This video shows the operating process of our shoe sole making machine, ordered by Colombian customers in August 2021. The mould used by the machine is a pair of sole moulds, which produce single-colour soles with PVC foam. The mould support plate is connected to water for cooling purpose, so as to speed up the setting time and increase the output.
