Our plant is mainly divided into two sections, the office area and the production workshop. In particular, the production workshop is on the first floor while the office area is on the second floor.

The office area mainly includes the lobby, training room, technical room, reception room, finance room, and general office. The certificates of honour obtained from the footwear injection moulding machine industry are displayed in the lobby. These certificates include National High-Tech Enterprise, China Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, CE certification, intellectual property rights, and nearly 40 national patents. Then, the training room is used for job skill training and management training. Meanwhile, the technical room is mainly used as a workplace for completing the machinery's technical drawings and process design.
The production workshop is mainly divided into eight areas, which are the raw material area, parts warehouse, large parts warehouse, welding area, processing area, primary assembly area, spraying area, and secondary assembly area. These areas are mainly for producing sole making machines, slipper making machines, sandal making machines, and shoe upper making machines that adopt plastic injection and rubber injection processes. In addition, there are two 10-ton overhead cranes in the production workshop.
The raw material area stores incoming materials such as standard steel and steel profiles for manufacturing equipment. The parts warehouse mainly stocks outsourced original parts such as electrical components, hydraulic components, and pneumatic components. These parts have ISO9000 and CE certifications, with quality and quantity guaranteed. The large parts warehouse stores large-size components and spare parts that need to be handled by lifting equipment. These parts are processed by high precision lathes and other CNC machine tools, which are reliable and stable. The welding area is the place where the employees complete the cutting, welding, and other processes, while the processing area is mainly used for parts processing and repairing. In the primary assembly area, employees can perform welding and drilling of equipment. Then, in the spraying area, painting process of equipment is held, which is equipped with water wall dust collector, smoke exhaust system, deodorization device, and other environmental protection equipment. Lastly, the secondary assembly area is mainly used for the installation and commissioning of equipment after painting, the installation includes electrical components, hydraulic components, pneumatic components, and sheet metal accessories.
