EA124QB single colour injection moulding machine is a kind of footwear making machine that adopts materials like PVC, PUR, and TPR to produce single-colour soles, slippers, sandals, and leather shoes. This shoe injection moulding machine allows for placing up to 24 shoe moulds (12 pairs of shoes), this helps extend the cooling time of moulds after injection moulding, therefore resulting in a higher output of finished products while ensuring the quality of shoes.

The purposes of different measures are that the safety sign indicates potentially dangerous zones; photoelectric switch can timely shut down the injection moulding machine if operators accidentally extend their hands into it; emergency stop button allows operators to shut down the injection moulding machine when finding something unusual happens; turn table anti-lift switch sends electric signals to shut down the injection moulding machine to prevent the turn table from being separated from the wheel.
