In 2015, the market share of single colour slippers was relatively high. As the products gradually matured, the market was prone to vicious competition. As a supplier of brand slippers, Shanghai Shenhua Shoes Company actively explored new designs and strived to provide customers with better products. Shenhua discovered our company’s two colour injection moulding machine for slippers at the Jinjiang Shoe Fair. SONC’s footwear injection machines can directly inject two-colour slippers and sandals without any glue, which can reduce many processes and labour forces in the production of two-colour shoes, while it is environmentally friendly.

In July, Shenhua ordered our two colour injection moulding machines for slippers. At the Shenhua Shoes Product Sales Conference in September, the two colour slippers won praise from customers, and achieved excellent results in the end. This conference proved another success in the innovation and creation of Shenhua, which further enabled the expansion of the market and customer channels.

In the next few years, due to the market benefits brought by the two-colour slippers, Shenhua gradually increased the purchase of our injection moulding machines, gradually expanded its factory size, and further increased its market share.

In 2018, the homogenization of the slippers/sandals market and vicious competition became more and more severe. At this time, Yuanguang actively deployed and insisted on implementing a differentiated and high-end brand strategy to provide customers with high-quality and comfortable shoes. The two-colour sandals entered the market, with high customer recognition, high quality, and high comfort. Yuanguang gradually shifted from single-colour sandals to the development and production of two-colour sandals, and achieved good market benefits.
