1. Please explain your deposit and order cycle?
- Standard products: 30 days after receiving 30% deposit;
- Non-standard products: 60 days after receiving 50% of the deposit;

2. Does the unit price of the machine include molds?
Not included. We don't produce molds. If necessary, we can recommend several mold factories with better cooperation with us to you.

3. Where to buy raw materials?
We can help you purchase.

4. Does the machine quotation include freight?
Not included. The price of the machine is the factory price. The customer's needs are different and the price is different, but we can contact shipping company to help carry it.

5. What about equipment installation?
- We are responsible for installation and commissioning in China;
- We are not responsible for installation abroad. If necessary, we can arrange personnel for installation, but the cost shall be provided by the demander. The main costs are as follows:
A. Travel expenses: all transportation expenses incurred from the departure of our company to the return of employees to our company;
B. Meal expenses: all meal expenses incurred from the departure of our company to the return of employees to our company;
C. Employee salary: from the departure of our company to the return of employees to our company, it is calculated at $200 / day / person.

6. What is your equipment warranty period?
- Free warranty for one year (all accessories except vulnerable parts shall be replaced);
- Lifetime warranty.

7. What is included when machine delivered?
- Packaged equipment;
- Wearing parts;
- Operation instructions.

8. What are pricing and confidentiality of non-standard products?
- Design: currently charged, exempted after more than 20 sets;
- Confidentiality: the normal confidentiality period is 3 months. If it exceeds, 5% of the value to be kept confidential shall be charged monthly.

9. How many molds can be placed in one machine?
The number of molds placed in a machine is the number of work positions, and there are as many molds as the number of stations. Apart from the first mock exam, the one foot mold is used.

10. Can your machine cool molds with water?
There are two kinds of water cooling: mold water cooling and template water cooling. The four column one can't be made with water cooling method. The water cooling should be made into three column or goose head type.

11. What is the effect of servo energy saving?
The overall energy-saving effect is about 10-30%, no noise and conducive to hydraulic oil.

12. Any other points need to be noted?
- The screw size is selected according to the material demand.
- The raw materials of TPU equipment need drying device.
